The photo album titled Χίος. Τόπος Εντός/Chios. The Land Within by Stratis Vogiatzis, photographer-anthropologist, in Greek and English, complements the Foundation's editions regarding Chios, highlighting the living features of the island's cultural landscape, its intangible cultural heritage and its inhabitants today. Stratis Vogiatzis explored and photographed his birthplace attempting to "read" and depict the features inherent in the landscape, the architecture, the interiors, the presence of the people.

This pictorial voyage is a quest for the essence of the land of Chios, the daily lives and the toils of its people, the beauty, the particular characteristics and the contradictions: old and new, simple and sophisticated, mountains and sea, medieval houses and mansions, these are all parts of an unending timeless conversation.

In addition to the text by Stratis Vogiatzis, titled "The spirit of the Land", which is an exploration of the changes in the landscape of Chios throughout the four seasons of the year, this edition is also enriched by the contributions of Manolis Vournous of NTUA, architect; Dimitris Tsouchlis, Phd Environmental Science; Stella Tsiropina, PhD Theatrology, and Hercules Papaioannou, curator MOMus-Thessaloniki Museum of Photography.
