A book can take you on a travel anywhere. Yet, what happens when the book itself travels? When a book is passed around, and the story it tells helps lots of children to dream, to stop being scared, and to experience joy and love? This tale presents the different stories of children linked by one book ― because sharing is a good beginning for any story.

The fairy tale A Book Free in the City won an award at the contest for children's books written and illustrated by adults, organized by the Piraeus Bank Group Cultural Foundation and the Municipal Library of Kallithea in April 2018. The e-book that is the latest addition to the digital publications of the Piraeus Bank Group Cultural Foundation was created in the framework of the programmes (EMAS) carried out to reduce the environmental footprint of the Foundation.
