The Organiser must send to Piraeus Bank Group Cultural Foundation (PIOP) an application requesting permission to use the premises, fully completed and signed, at least two weeks before the date of the event, along with any information material about the Organiser and the event (promotional material, leaflets, etc.) as well as a floor plan of the planned exhibition if a temporary exhibition is also scheduled.

PIOP will inform you within five workdays regarding the outcome of the application. One of the Foundation’s collaborators will contact you directly, in order to jointly determine the details of the venue concession, so as to better prepare your event. Should this be judged necessary, the Foundation retains the right to stipulate that the Organiser has to collaborate with PIOP’s Technical Department.
