The archive of the chemist Ioannis Speis (1903-1997) was donated by Georgios Speis in October 2020 to PIOP. It includes three folders with documents referring to the working life of a scientist who was active in the field of vinification in Greece starting at the third decade of the 20th century, having 61 years of service in the industry. The fonds follow the employment of I. Speis as an executive in the companies VESO, Heraklion Winery Knossos Ltd. and Bachis.
