The Piraeus Bank Group Cultural Foundation has formulated and implements a Risk Management Policy which defines the framework, principles and procedures for the consistent identification, assessment, mitigation and management of risks within the organisation. The aim is to ensure that the organisation can anticipate and respond effectively to potential risks, protect its assets and reputation, and support the realisation of its cultural mission and objectives.
The aims of this policy are:
- To inform about the identification and assessment of risks associated with the organisation's cultural activities and operations.
- To define the roles and responsibilities of those involved in risk management.
