This illustrated volume presents the papers and discussions of the Second Three-day Working Meeting, on the history of Greek wine, organised by the ETBA Cultural Foundation in Santorini, in September 1990, and sponsored by the company “I. Boutaris & Sons S.A.”. It contains the results of a multi-scientific research undertaken by twenty-six specialists.
